YOGURT AND MINT DIP
This a homemade desi dip.You can find all the ingredients from your kitchen.It's a delicious,chatpata and very quick recipe.Believe me the taste is just awesome.So let's start...
INGREDIENTS:-
Thick yogurt-1 cup
Mint leaves-1/4 cup
Green Chili-2
Sugar-1 tsp
Salt-1/4 tsp
Dry Mango(aamchur)Powder-1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Black salt-2 pinch
METHOD:-
1-Wash and pick the mint leaves.Grind to a paste along with green chili,dry mango powder,cumin powder and salt.
2-Beat the yogurt and add to it.Sprinkle black pepper powder,lemon juice,sugar and black salt and mix very well.
3-Refrigerate in a small bowl and serve chilled with snacks or chips or french fries or chicken tandoori or fried chicken.
(If you don't find thick yogurt,then hang yogurt in a clean muslin cloth for an hour to remove whey water.
If a fine texture of the Dip required,then sieve the dip mixture.)
