Peppercorns-1/2 tbsp
Coriander seeds-1 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1 tbsp
Mace(javitri)-2
Nutmeg(jaiphal)-1/2 tsp(grated)
Garlic powder-1 tsp
Ginger powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chili powder-1 tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves-2 tbsp
Salt-2 tsp
Red food colour-2 tsp
METHOD:-
1-Dry roast on medium heat Coriander Seeds,Cumin seeds,Peppercorns,cardamom,cinnamon,cloves and mace until it gives out a nice aroma.
2-Let this cool,then transfer to a grinding jar.Add dry fenugreek leaves,salt,red colour,nutmeg,garlic,ginger,turmeric and red chili powder and grind to a fine
powder.
3-Store this Masala in an air-tight container for about 2-3 months.
