DAL VADA(DALI BARA)
INGREDIENTS:-
Split bengal gram(Chana dal)-1 cup
Semolina-1 tbsp
Garlic cloves-5
Ginger-half inch pc
Dry red chili-2
Fennel seeds-1 tsp
Chopped onion-1 medium
Chopped coriander leaves-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Black salt-a pinch
METHOD:-
1-Grind garlic,red chili,ginger,fennel seeds together to a coarse paste and keep aside
2-Wash and soak channa dal for 3-4 hours.
3-Drain the channa dal and grind it coarsely to make sure it should not be thick(One or two channa dal can be whole).

6-Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them till golden brown,turning over both sides.Drain it on a tissue paper.
7-Sprinkle some black salt and serve hot with tea.
